Another government’s initiative on increasing income tax and VAT suggests that the state is in a desperate need of money – the fact that the government can not admit. This is why it seeks euphonious justification. For example, the income tax is to be raised for the sake of the children. But do citizens want to "chip in" for children? And do citizens know where the money will actually go to? »
